Sunday night turned out to be a one man show on NBA as Aaron Brooks managed to pull off his career high 33 points against the mighty Los Angeles Lakers. His outstanding display helped Houston Rockets clinch the match 101-91 margin victory against them. 10 point defeat against the Houston Rockets was Los Angeles Lakers second straight loss in their home which made audience to boo against their home team. Match was started well by the Lakers as they managed to take six point (29- 23) lead against the Houston Rockets in the first quarter of the match. After the first quarter, Lakers seemed to have gone lethargic and none of the players seemed to have attached playing well in the last three quarters of the match and was also stunned by the performance of Aaron Brooks. Aaron Brooks was outstanding in the later part of the match as he scored 5 three pointers. Lakers key player Kobe Bryant who scored 41 points in their last meet was able to score only 18 points after getting out from a groin injury. Derek Fisher and Lamar Odom disappointed the home crowd and their team as they both managed to score only 12 points together. Before the game commenced, Ariza (Houston Rockets) received the Championship ring from Bryant and Derek Fisher.
